About Lubeca Chocolate
Lubeca is the brand name for Lübecker Marzipan - Fabrik v. Minden & Bruhns, a German Marzipan factory situated in the north of Germany, in the town of Lübeck/Stockelsdorf, near Hamburg
Lubeca have been producing top quality marzipan for 110 years and also produce a range of chocolate, nougat (hazelnut and cocoa butter paste) and pralines and sliced and diced almonds and hazelnuts.
The factory is owned by a foundation and all profits are either reinvested in the company or are distributed by the foundation to various local charities in the Lübeck/Stockelsdorf areas.
The factory uses traditional methods in a modern environment and is accredited with IFS and produces a range of organic and Kosher products.
