Placing orders
We endeavour to despatch orders within 2-3 days from receipt of order. We send our products out to mainland UK using next day delivery, so despatch Monday to Thursday. Orders and payments will be confirmed by e-mail.

Payment /terms
All payments are processed by Paypal to ensure maximum security and peace of mind when making online payments.

Setting up a credit account
If you are a business and wish to set up a credit account, please request an account application form. Please note the account will only be set up upon receipt of satisfactory references. This could take several weeks to obtain.

Prices and VAT
All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery and VAT and may be subject to change without notification. Some of our products are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Stock availability
We endeavour to ensure that items are available from stock; however, if stock is not available there may be a delay in processing all or part of your order. Where there are shortages we will inform you as soon as possible.

Storage Conditions
Our products should be stored between 12-20°C away from direct sunlight and strong odours.

These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
