Returns Basis

Returns, Refunds or cancellations
No goods are sold on a 'Sale or Return basis'.
Orders for standard items may be cancelled prior to despatch.
Due to our products being foodstuffs, they are exempt from the cancellation rights under the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000.

Goods should be examined at the time of delivery, and any damage or shortages reported within 3 days of receipt.
