Fine single origin dark chocolate couverture made from the cocoa beans of Trinidad. These cocoa beans are harvested from trees crossbred from Trinitario and Criollo varieties and give a well balanced, mild chocolate flavour with a light aroma of earth and wine. Suitable for moulding, to be enjoyed on its own or to be complimented with other premium ingredients for high quality chocolates and pastries.
